Welcome!
Strengths-Focused Therapy
Moving your life, love, and communication forward by accessing your inner strengths
I serve individuals, people in relationships, and parents or caregivers. My psychotherapy clients are navigating boundary setting and communication issues, healing from trauma, addressing sex and intimacy issues, experiencing major life transitions, and other topics.
I look forward to connecting with you. Please complete the therapy contact form to get started! My office is in the Atwood neighborhood on Madison's east side and I primarily provide in-off sessions.
Additionally, I work online with people residing in elsewhere in Wisconsin, specifically folks navigating polyamorous relationships, LGBTQ+ concerns, or other sex and intimacy issues in parts of Wisconsin in which open and affirming providers are not available.
What I offer
I provide a supportive environment for you to process your past, define your future, and implement changes to the present. We will talk about how to uncover your strengths and shift your perspectives on your situation. I want to hear about your experiences and collaborate with you on setting goals so that you can determine your focus in session. I bring a coaching style to therapy; this means that I want you to leave each session with some insights or actionable item to make changes in your life.
"What makes you different or weird, that's your strength."
- Meryl Streep
